These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Evolved payment platform to receive payments from Evolved Talent Agency LLC("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

By creating an account and using this platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. Eligibility

To receive payments through this platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Complete required tax forms (W-9, W-8BEN, or W-8BEN-E)
• Set up a valid payment method (Stripe, PayPal, or Wise)

Note: Tax forms are collected through our secure third-party provider Nextform. Your use of Nextform is subject to their Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

2. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Accurate Information: Provide and maintain accurate tax and payment information
• Tax Compliance: Complete required tax forms truthfully and accurately
• Payment Method: Maintain a valid payment method (Stripe, PayPal, or Wise)
• Account Security: Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
• Notification: Notify us of any changes to your tax status or payment information
• Tax Obligations: Pay any taxes owed in your country of residence

3. Payment Terms

3.1 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through third-party providers:

• Stripe: For bank account payments (typically arrive in 1-7 business days, depending on destination country and currency)
• PayPal: For PayPal payments (typically arrive instantly, but processing times may vary)
• Wise: For international bank transfers (typically arrive in 1-4 business days, depending on destination country and currency)

Your use of these services is subject to their terms of service:

3.2 Tax Withholding

Tax withholding is calculated based on the information you provide in your tax form:

• W-9 (U.S. persons): Generally 0% withholding unless backup withholding applies
• W-8BEN (Foreign individuals): Withholding based on tax treaty or 30% default
• W-8BEN-E (Foreign entities): Withholding based on entity type and tax treaty

Important: You are responsible for understanding your tax obligations and filing required returns with your local tax authorities. We are not tax advisors. Consult a tax professional for advice.

3.3 Foreign Exchange (FX)

If you receive payments in a currency other than USD:

• Exchange rates are determined by our payment partners (Stripe, PayPal, or Wise) at the time of processing
• Foreign exchange conversion fees may apply (varies by payment processor and destination country)
• Conversion rates and fees are determined solely by our payment partners and are outside our control
• You may be responsible for fees on payments received through the platform

3.4 PayPal Unclaimed Payments

For PayPal payments:

• You must claim payments within 30 days
• Unclaimed payments will be automatically returned to the sender
• Ensure your PayPal email is correct and that you check your PayPal account regularly

4. Privacy

Your use of this platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Use another person's identity or information
• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to access unauthorized areas of the platform
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

6. Account Termination

• Specific payment delivery times (these depend on Stripe, PayPal, or Wise)
• Accuracy of foreign exchange rates or fees

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes:

• We will notify you via email if the changes are significant
• Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the new Terms
